At Downward Doulas, we value relationships. We love our friends and business partners and want to see them grow and flourish. We wanted a place on our site to be able to brag about the people and businesses that have helped us along our journey. Without them, we would not be able to help others with their health and wellness goals.
If you need any of the services below, we highly recommend these businesses and know them to have the highest standard in customer care, products, and services. Feel free to let them know that the Downward Doulas sent you.

OUR PARTNERS
Trish Johnson PhotographyDid you notice our photos? Trish Johnson is the photographer for Downward Doulas. She is also a loyal yogi so don't be surprised if you show up to a class and catch her snapping some candids. She also captures senior portraits that are true to their personalities, family sessions that are fun, and even team photos that are anything but boring.

Watts Farm and Home ServicesThe deck has been a wonderful addition to our space. Aaron created the exact deck we had envisioned for the space. It was such a blessing to have an honest and reliable contractor to do this job. If you need any home repairs, we highly recommend Watts Farm and Home Services.

Touched by GraceIf you've been to our Stretch'n Sip classes you have seen the work of Heather at Touched by Grace. She took our logo and transformed it in vinyl to make the perfectly branded vessel you see today. She has super fast turn around times even on custom orders and can make just about anything you can think up.

BEST Doula TrainingNot all doula trainings are created equally. Missy had completed her first doula training under a different organization but when she needed to renew and Brooke needed her initial certification, they reached out to several other doulas for advice. They heard over and over how great BEST Doula Training was and signed up right away. They are very thorough in their independent work and have a great hands-on training approach that fully prepares you to start or maintain your doula practice.

Aura Wellness CenterWhen Brooke began her yoga training in 2011, the options for online certifications were limited. She found Aura Wellness Center. The "work at your own pace" yoga training allowed her to get certified while still working fulltime and caring for her large family. She has since renewed twice and completed the holistic weight management course.

Celestial StudiosDownward Doulas strives to provide you with the very best in fun wellness classes. When we heard about Fox and her magical skills to make all things fabulous, we just had to book her for a belly dancing class at the outdoor yoga studio. She did not disappoint! After ten minutes, everyone was laughing and learning new skills. We decided we needed more Fox at the farm so we booked some burlesque classes, too! She is also an amazing artist and photographer. Check out her social media pages for examples.

Sonrise FarmThe genius idea that yoga could be done on a farm was birthed on a long trip back from Panacea in the fall of 2020. After months of surviving a pandemic, we knew that people craved two things, connection and sunshine! We strive to give you both. After brainstorming places we could use, we settled on the picturesque Sonrise Farm. What better place can someone commune with nature than a real working farm? A huge thank you to this awesome business partner for hosting our practice on the amazing yoga deck or high tunnel! Follow them on social media to see what all they have available for sale.

Maple Park HomesteadOne of our most popular events in the spring is goat yoga. We are pleased that Maple Park Homestead graciously allowed us to borrow their baby goats twice a week during March and April for some of the most fun yoga experiences out there. Check out their website to see all the gorgeous produce and products being made on their farm.

Belly Acres HomesteadFarmers are always mulitalented and Tracie proves that. She has a wonderful homestead and also creates custom apparel using whatever logo or image you can dream up. Check her out for any of your next branded clothing needs.

Kaela Wagler Graphic DesignOur logo is the first thing most people see when they browse our website. We wanted to make sure our logo fully displayed who were are as a business but also our personalities. We gave Kaela a few ideas and off she went to create a custom logo that literally matched our silhouettes. She gave us variations that would translate to all different forms of media. We were incredible pleased with Kaela's work and timeliness.

Happy People
Missy was my doula for my second birth and she was absolutely amazing. She was very thorough and detailed, gentle but firm when needed. She helped me plan for details I hadn't thought about (who is posting pictures/birth announcement, how to support my husband coach, etc.). She knew my birth plan well and made sure the nurses were aware of my needs and preferences. She is always open to feedback and calm and gentle during labor (I needed her gentle, reassuring touch). It was a wonderful natural birth experience and I felt very relaxed having her there. I highly recommend her as a doula! Naomi R.
